How Ship-In Repair Works
For customers outside our regular on-site range, the ship-in workflow is simple: you email a description, we reply with a ticket number and packing instructions, you ship the machine (insurance recommended), and we diagnose within one business day of arrival. You get a written repair quote before any billable work starts. Most bench repairs ship back via UPS Ground within 3–5 business days of approval.

Three to five business days from arrival once we have your repair approval in writing.

Do you do data recovery?
Logical recovery yes. Mechanical recovery is referred to specialist partners with clean-room capability.
Is there a written quote before work starts?
Always. We never bill above the approved quote, and the diagnostic fee credits back toward any approved repair.
